Ghost Town Visit I've told this trip plan to several people.  Each and every person looked at me like I was crazy and said something discouraging.  Now I'm sure this is going to be a real adventure! Here's the bottom line: I want to fly from New York  to California, rent a motorcycle, and visit the best preserved "Old West" Ghost Town in America:  Bodie State Park in the Eastern Sierras. Details: Day 1:  Fly to Sacramento Day 2:  Rent Motorcycle Day 3:  Ride 4.5 hours to Bodie, visit for the whole day, flop for the night in Bridgeport, CA Day 4:  ride back to Sacramento, return Motorcycle, fly home Total Cost of trip:  under $700--I'm cutting travel expenses where ever I can---  Flying a discount airline, staying in a youth hostel, renting the cheapest bike possible, etc. Here's the destination:  www.bodie.com
